Cohera Commercial was created to bring office owners and tenants in Dallas-Fort Worth smarter, more efficient solutions for managing properties.
Our story begins with Cawley Partners, a Dallas-based developer known for its entrepreneurial drive and ability to deliver results. Cawley Partners saw the opportunity to streamline office leasing, property management, and construction services under one company, leading to the creation of Cohera Commercial.
While Cohera operates independently, it remains under the trusted Cawley Partners umbrella, carrying with it the strong reputation and industry relationships the market has come to expect from Cawley. This partnership allows Cohera to focus solely on office solutions, while benefiting from the credibility and foundation established by its parent company.
Cohera’s launch was built on bold moves. In 2026, Cohera acquired Holt Lunsford Commercial’s (HLC) office leasing and property management division. With this acquisition, Cohera brought in an additional 6.5 million square feet of office space, immediately positioning the company as the second-largest independent real estate services provider in Dallas.
What makes Cohera unique is the team that came together during this transition. Leasing, property management, and construction professionals from Cawley Partners and HLC formally joined Cohera to form one cohesive team. Supported by the strong foundation of Cawley Partners, Cohera is able to offer innovative, specialized solutions while building on decades of local expertise and industry trust.
